6 Grain Berry Pancakes with Berry Compote

- 3 c thrive 6 grain pancake mix
- 1 1⁄2 c thrive powdered milk, prepared
- 2 T thrive whole eggs powder + 4 t water
- desired berries to toss into the batter - blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, etc.
- 2 c thrive berries (any kind or combination) for berry compote
- 1 c prepared thrive peach drink or apple drink
- 1⁄3 c thrive white sugar
Instructions
* For 6 grain berry pancakes, blend pancake mix with milk and eggs in a medium mixing bowl. Gently stir together; add berries to taste.
* Cook in a pan or on a griddle as you always do with pancakes, using butter or non-stick spray to keep the pancakes from sticking and falling apart.
* Flip once and cook through. Serve with warm berry compote and cream.
* For berry compote, place 2 c berries into a small saucepan. Cover with prepared apple or peach drink; add sugar.
* Simmer over medium-high heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Continue boiling and stirring until berries reach a nice, syrupy consistency.
* Serve over pancakes or alongside ice cream, waffles, desserts, and so on.
