Fruity Pancakes
We've done pancakes with a whole bunch of different Thrive fruits. My kids love to keep switching it up. We've done blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, etc. Sometimes we mix in a bunch of things. My three year old loved when we did the raspberry ones because I put the fruit in first, so when she started to mix it, it magically turned pink! Pancakes are also great for that little bit of leftover pieces and powder at the bottom of a can of fruit when you've used most of it up already. I love using the Thrive fruits because we can have a variety. When I buy sale blueberries at the store, we end up eating blueberries every day in order to use it up before it spoils, which gets boring. With Thrive, we can have a different fruity flavor every day with breakfast, which is more fun!

We are just trying some of your products and find the instructions very hard to read because of their small size. We are older and our eyesight is not as good as it once was. Would it be possible to print the instructions in a larger print?
Thank you for caring. Good luck in all you do!

I'm with you ...
We have been using the Pantry size cans, and I can barely read the information on the can. Even if the instructions can't be made larger - perhaps a page could be included with the cans.

My family loves these! We didn't follow this recipe, but we mixed the 6 grain pancake mix per the instructions on the back of the can and then reconstituted the blueberries and added them. YUM! It is one of our favorites!
6 Grain Pancakes with Blueberries
I made these without using the recipe, slighty different though. I mixed the pancake mix as directed, and just sprinkeled about 10 berries on top of the batter after it was poured in the pan. My son did not want blueberry pancakes, and I did. We both got what we wanted.
Very good.
