Beef, Potato, Green Bean, Mushroom & Onions drink
This drink recipe pretty much tells what's in it. I'm trying to lean
more heavily toward the vegetables, so I included 4 kinds and only one
part meat.

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 c thrive roast beef dices
- 1 c thrive green beans
- 1⁄2 c thrive mushrooms
- 1⁄4 c onions
- 1 c thrive potato beads
- 1 t sea salt
- 1⁄2 t black ground pepper
- 1⁄4 t powdered cayenne pepper
Instructions
In a blender, grind together the following ingredients to create your powder mixture.
To the powder mixture add 1/3 C of diced beef for texture.
To prepare: In a cup of very hot water, add 2 T of powder and stir.
Let sit one minute. Taste, and add a little more powder if you want it
thicker. Drink up and enjoy! Your tummy'll thank you.
