A breakfast casserole you can make the night before and refrigerate!

Ingredients

  • 2 c hash browns
  • 2 c thrive fd sausage crumbles
  • 1⁄4 c thrive fd onions
  • 2 c thrive shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 thrive powdered eggs, reconstituted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 T dry mustard, optional
  • 2 c thrive instant milk, prepared
  • 1 ds salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Thaw out hashbrowns
2. In a 9x13 pan layer the following: hashbrowns, onions, sausage and cheese
3. Mix Eggs, Milk and Seasoning
4. Pour egg mixture over the top.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
