Ingredients
- 3 1⁄2 c water, divided
- 1 cn 13 oz. chicken meat, including broth
- 1 cn 15 oz. bean sprouts, drained
- 1 c thrive mushroom pieces, rehydrated
- 1 cn 15 oz. baby corn, drained
- 1 cn 8 oz. water chestnuts, drained
- 4 T thrive chicken bouillon
- 1⁄3 c thrive chopped onions
- 2⁄3 c thrive celery
- 2⁄3 c thrive carrot dices
- 3 T cornstarch
- 2 bags chinese rice noodles
Instructions
In a large heavy saucepan over medium heat, combine 3 cups water, chicken, bean sprouts, mushrooms, baby corn and water chestnuts. Add chicken bouillon, onions, celery and carrots; heat thoroughly. Mix remaining water with cornstarch and add to saucepan, stirring constantly. when mixture has thickened to desired consistency, serve over Chinese rice noodles.

I think it is possible to include the Thrive chicken and the Thrive corn, may just have to add a little more water or chicken broth to rehydrate both. Sounds great, I will try it soon! Love chinese foods.
