Ingredients
- 1 2⁄3 c thrive white flour
- 1 c thrive brown sugar, packed
- 1 t thrive baking soda
- 1⁄2 t thrive iodized salt
- 1 c water
- 1⁄3 c oil
- 1 t vinegar
- 1⁄2 t vanilla
- 1⁄4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
*Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
* Mix dry ingredients (flour, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt) then stir in liquid ingredients (water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla). Mix just until combined.
* Pour batter into an ungreased 9 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
* Remove cake from oven and let cool. Dust with powdered sugar or frost with icing just before serving.
