Classic Cornbread
There's nothing more versatile and universally loved. Make a big batch of cornbread in the evening, then heat up a piece for breakfast for a quick and filling start to your day. Add jam and butter as you please.

Ingredients
- 1 c butter
- 1 1⁄2 c thrive white sugar
- 1 c prepared thrive instant milk
- 3 thrive whole eggs, prepared
- 4 t thrive baking powder
- 1⁄4 t thrive iodized salt
- 2 c thrive white flour
- 1 c thrive cornmeal
Instructions
* In a mixing bowl, whisk together butter and sugar. Add milk and continue to whisk.
* In a separate bowl, beat eggs. Whisk into mixture.
* Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl, then add to the wet ingredients. Stir until combined, but do not over mix.
* Pour batter into a well-greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out cleanly.
