Diet Citrus Smoothie
Looking for a way to get that 1/2 grapefruit into your meal plan? It
gets tiring quickly. But here's something I just made up and it was
really good.

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 large pink whole grapefruit
- 1 pk lemon flavored crystal light
- 18 oz bottle water
- 1 c crushed ice
- 1 c orange yogurt bites
- 1 c diet cirtus soda
Instructions
Mix in a blender until the grapefruit and all the ice are thoroughly
crushed up. Makes 4 cups--enough to have later on or to share. Using
the grapefruit whole increases the fiber, texture, vitamin and
anti-oxidant levels. Feels like a treat, fills you up and refreshes, but
is low calorie--a good combination.
