Enchilada Soup
This enchilada soup is both easy and delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 pk 1.5 oz. enchilada sauce packet
- 1 cn tomato sauce
- 4 c water
- 1 cn 12 oz. can evaporated milk
- 1 1⁄2 c black beans, cooked and drained
- 1 cn 13 oz. chicken meat, drained
- 1 T thrive chicken bouillon
Instructions
In a large saucepan over medium heat, simmer all of the ingredients until hot. Garnish as desired.
Notes
Try adding avocado, tortilla chips, olives and cilantro.

I like the sounds of this recipe. I think I will try using the Thrive chicken, tomato powder and powdered milk. Just need to rehydrate the chicken and tomato powder with chicken bullion and mix up the powdered milk before adding.
