Healthy THRIVE Banana Bread
A more healthy version of banana bread, as seen on TV.

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 c thrive wheat flour
- 1⁄2 c thrive white flour
- 1⁄2 t thrive baking soda
- 1⁄2 t thrive baking powder
- 1⁄2 t salt
- 1⁄2 t cinnamon
- 1⁄2 c thrive brown sugar, packed
- 4 T thrive butter powder, prepared
- 2 T thrive whole egg powder (reconstituted)
- 1 1⁄4 c thrive fd bananas
- 1⁄2 c thrive fd cauliflower
- 1 t vanilla extract
Instructions
First prepare the bananas & cauliflower. Soak both in water until soft. Drain
most of the soaking liquid, leaving a few tablespoons. Add bananas, cauliflower &
soaking liquid to blender & puree until smooth.
Make the Bread
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Into a medium bowl sift together wheat flour, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt,
and cinnamon.
In a large bowl, beat together sugar and butter until well combined. Beat in eggs, banana
puree, cauliflower puree, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients gradually until just combined.
Spray a large loaf pan with nonstick spray.
Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake at 350°F for about 1 hour, until the middle of the
top is "set."
Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes, then turn out onto a rack to cool completely.
