- 3 c thrive sweet potatoes
- 2 T olive oil
- 3 T honey
- 2 T lime juice
- 1⁄2 t lime rind
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a 9x13 baking dish. Coat with Cooking Spray.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
