Pea & Mushroom Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 c thrive fd mushrooms, reconstituted
- 1 clv minced garlic, optional
- 6 green onions, sliced
- 1 1⁄2 c thrive white rice
- 3 c water
- 1⁄2 t thrive salt
- 1⁄4 c soy sauce
- 1 c thrive fd peas, reconstituted
- 1 t sesame oil, optional
Instructions
Cook rice in water with ½ tsp. salt. Set aside. Heat olive oil in a sauté
pan. Add garlic and onions; sauté 30 seconds. Turn heat to high and add
remaining ingredients. Heat an additional 2 minutes and add sesame oil at
the very end. Serve hot.
