Pinto Bean Bread

Ingredients
- 2 c prepared thrive instant milk (scalded)
- 2 T yeast
- 2 c pureed, unseasoned thrive pinto beans
- 2 t thrive iodized salt
- 2 T thrive white sugar
- 2 T shortening
- 6 c thrive white flour
Instructions
* Pour milk into a large bowl and allow to cool until warm. Stir in yeast until completely dissolved.
* Blend in beans, salt, sugar, and shortening, then add flour. Knead until smooth and elastic.
* Place into greased bowl, then cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Let the dough raise until it has doubled in size.
* Divide dough into two equal portions and shape into loaves. Place each portion into a greased pan and let rise until it has doubled again.
* Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
