Quick and Easy Taco Soup
When we say quick and easy that is exactly what we mean. Just add ingredients into pot and the hardest work is done.

Ingredients
- 1 c thrive ground beef (fd)
- 1 c thrive instant black beans (fd)
- 1 3⁄4 c thrive sweet corn (fd)
- 1 c thrive sour cream powder
- 1 pk taco seasoning (any brand)
- 6 c water (depending upon the desired consistancy. as it boils it will thicken.)
- 1⁄4 c thrive tomato powder
- 2 c thrive shredded cheddar cheese (fd)
Instructions
• Add all ingredients (excluding the 1 c. of cheese to garnish bowls) to a large pot.
• Bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Stir often.
• Turn down to a simmer. (Approx. 15 minutes)
Stirring occasionally.
• Heat until thickness is achieved. As soup cools it will begin to thicken. Add more water if needed.
• Garnish bowls of soup with left over Shredded Cheddar Cheese. ( No reconstitution of cheese necessary)

This is one recipe that I prepare when I host or consult at parties. Everyone loves it and tends to order the ingredients to make it!
Plus, my family loves it!
You could add chips to garnish or use for dipping. ENJOY!!!
