Raspberry Porkchops
This sweet dinnertime recipe will dress up your table and please your guests.

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1⁄2 t dried sage or 2 t fresh sage (use more for larger chops)
- 1⁄2 t dried thyme or 2 t fresh thyme (use more for larger chops)
- 1⁄2 t thrive iodized salt
- 1⁄2 c thrive orange drink, prepared
- 1⁄2 c orange juice
- 1⁄2 c thrive freeze dried raspberries
- 2 T red or white wine vinegar
- olive oil
Instructions
* Place raspberries in a bowl and cover with juice and orange drink. Set aside.
* Season chops with salt and herbs on both sides.
* Preheat a frying pan and drizzle with olive oil. Place your chops in the pan. Sear on both sides, cooking through. Remove chops from pan.
* Deglaze pan with juice, berries, and vinegar. Allow the raspberry sauce to continue cooking and reducing, over medium heat, until thickened and syrupy.
* Serve chops with sauce and enjoy!
Notes
To sweeten the raspberry sauce, feel free to add a few pinches of sugar. You may also choose to keep the cooked pork chops warm in the oven while the sauce reduces.
Sauce also goes nicely with chicken pork.
