Thrive 3-Egg Omelet

Ingredients
- 3 thrive powdered eggs, reconstituted
- 1⁄2 c thrive spinach, rehydrated
- 1⁄4 c thrive mushrooms, rehydrated
- 1 T thrive onions, rehydrated
- 1⁄4 c thrive fd ham, or tvp ham, reconstituted
- 1⁄2 c thrive fd mozzarella cheese, rehydrated
- 1 dollop of thrive sour cream powder, reconstituted
Instructions
Put thrive eggs in omelet pan and cook covered over medium heat.
Once eggs are firm, add cheese, spinach mushrooms, onions, and ham.
Fold omelet in half, season with salt and pepper, and serve with dollop of Thrive Sour Cream Powder*.
