Toffee Bit Frosting
This toffee frosting is great on cupcakes or cookies!

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 c thrive powdered sugar
- 1⁄2 c baking cocoa
- 1⁄3 c butter, softened
- 2 T prepared thrive instant milk
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 c english toffee bits
Instructions
* Combine powdered sugar and cocoa; set aside.
* In a mixing bowl, beat butter and 1/2 cup of the cocoa/sugar mixture until smooth. Add milk, vanilla, and the remaining cocoa/sugar mixture. Mix until a desired spreading consistency is reached, adding more milk or powdered sugar as needed.
* Stir in the toffee bits. Frost cupcakes, cakes, or cookies.

Pretty Good!
I made this today to go on my Buttermilk Cupcakes. This recipe was a little to chocolatey for me. The cocoa was just too strong. I added an extra 1/2 cup of sugar and a little milk. Then it got very smooth and tasted much better. I was making mine for kids so I used Reeces Pieces chips instead of toffee! Yum!
