Chicken Chow Mein is a delicious way to help even the pickiest eaters get delicious vegetables in their diets!
In a large heavy saucepan over medium heat, combine 3 cups water, chicken, bean sprouts, mushrooms, baby corn and water chestnuts. Add chicken bouillon, onions, celery and carrots; heat thoroughly. Mix remaining water with cornstarch and add to saucepan, stirring constantly. when mixture has thickened to desired consistency, serve over Chinese rice noodles.
