Directions for Use: Bring to a boil 2 cups water, 3/4 tsp. salt, and 3 Tbs. butter or margarine. In a separate bowl add 2/3 cup of milk and 2 cups potato pearls. Add water mixture to bowl and mix together quickly. For creamier potatoes, add additional milk or water.
