To reconstitute one egg, mix 1 Tbsp. of THRIVE Whole Egg powder with 2 Tbsp. of water. Whole eggs powder can be used in any recipe that calls for eggs. When using with other dry ingredients, it is not necessary to reconstitute eggs. Simply add them to other dry ingredients and increase water measurements in the mixture to the necessary amount.
