PREPARATION:
Combine cauliflower, onion, carrot, celery, and chicken broth in crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours. (Alternatively, boil on the stove top until all the vegetables are soft and cooked through) Transfer vegetables and broth to blender and puree. Return to crock pot or saucepan and blend in cream or milk, Worcestershire sauce, and cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Ladle into bowls; sprinkle with cheese and garnish with chives if desired.
