| 8 cups Thrive egg noodles 1 pound hamburger 1 tablespoon butter 1 pint sliced mushrooms 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup sour cream 1 cup milk Lemon pepper seasoning |
PREPARATION:
Brown the hamburger and drain the excess oil. Set the hamburger aside.
Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat and add the mushrooms. Sauté until the mushrooms are cooked through. In a separate bowl mix the soup, sour cream, and milk and pour over the mushrooms in the pan. Add the hamburger to the pan and mix the ingredients altogether. Heat through and pour over the noodles. Season with lemon pepper to taste.
