PREPARATION:
Combine TVP and water in a microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 6-10 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. In a large skillet, add beef TVP, tomato soup, salsa, corn and tortillas and heat through. Transfer to a 2 ½ quart baking dish and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Serves six. This meal is also great with a dollop of sour cream and sliced olives on top.
