WHOLE WHEAT CREPES
 
INGREDIENTS:



1 cup yogurt

3 eggs (using THRIVE Whole Eggs)

2/3 cup THRIVE Whole Wheat Flour

1/4 cup water

PREPARATION:

Mix all ingredients until smooth. Let mixture stand for 30 minutes. If the batter is too thick, add a small amount of water. Wipe a very small amount of oil over the skillet (too much will cause your crepes to fall apart). Cover the bottom of the skillet with the batter and tilt the pan to make sure the entire surface is covered. Cook until the edges appear dry and the batter is set in the center. Gently lift the crepe with a spatula and set aside. Fill your crepes with fresh fruits or vegetables. Any unused crepes may be frozen.
