PREPARATION:
Pour milk into a large bowl and allow to cool until warm. Stir in yeast until completely dissolved. Blend in beans, salt, sugar and shortening. Add 4 to 6 cups of flour. Knead until smooth and elastic. Place into greased bowl and cover bowl with plastic wrap. Let raise until double. Divide dough into 2 equal portions and shape into loaves. Place in greased pans and let rise until almost double. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
