3 cups chicken or vegetable broth 3/4 cup THRIVE Lentils (cooked) 1/2 cup THRIVE White Rice 3/4 cup fresh onion 1/2 tsp. basil 1/4 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. thyme 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 cup fresh Parmesan or cheddar cheese
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients except cheese in a casserole dish. Cover and bake in preheated 300 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle cheese over casserole during last 20- 30 minutes of baking.
