Frequently Asked Questions

How does the Cansolidator rotation system work?
Each Cansolidator uses a first-in, first-out (FIFO) design. You load cans from the top, and they automatically roll forward so the oldest can is always the next one you grab. Nothing gets buried at the back, and nothing expires unused.

Which Cansolidator size is right for me?
It depends on how much you store. The Cupboard holds 20 cans and fits a single shelf, the Pantry holds 40 cans, the Pantry Plus holds 60 cans, the Max Small holds up to 156 standard cans, and the Max Large holds up to 60 large #10 cans. Larger households and preppers usually go with a Max; single shelves and smaller pantries do well with the Cupboard or Pantry.

What size cans do they fit?
The Cupboard, Pantry, and Pantry Plus are adjustable and fit most standard soup- and vegetable-sized cans. The Max Small is built for standard cans (up to 156), while the Max Large is designed specifically for large #10 and other big cans (up to 60).

Are the racks adjustable?
Yes. The tracks adjust to accommodate different can diameters, so you can configure the system around the cans you actually stock and reconfigure it as your storage changes.

How hard is assembly?
Most systems assemble in about 15 minutes with no special tools. They're designed to be put together at home and reconfigured later if your needs change.

Where are Shelf Reliance products made?
Our Cansolidator systems are made in the USA.

How much is shipping?
Orders over $99 ship free. Orders under $99 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. To start a return, email support@shelfreliance.com. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. See our Returns page for full details.

Can I expand my system later?
Yes. The Cansolidator line is modular, so you can add capacity over time rather than replacing your whole setup. Panels and brackets are available separately for the Cupboard system.

Do the systems work for more than just cans?
They're optimized for canned goods, but the adjustable tracks also work well for other cylindrical items like bottled drinks and jars, depending on size.
