Order processing
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Free Shipping
Every order over $99 in the continental United States will receive free shipping. Otherwise, all continental USA orders will have the Flat Shipping Rate of $12.95.
We currently don't ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
P.O. Box
We don’t ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide us with another address for your order.
How do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@shelfreliance.com with your name and order number. We will look into it for you.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We accept product returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. If you haven't included the $2.98 re:do fee with your order, you are responsible for shipping the items to:

Please include your order number on the attention line; this helps the process move faster once delivered. Once your order is in transit you will receive a refund to the original payment method within 1-3 days.
If you used Re:do, please use the Easy Returns portal located in the website footer.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@shelfreliance.com or use the chat feature with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis.
